Change 5 - Changes to Optional Fields

Following are the Optional Fields which may or may not be required for your firm.

1. Color field

2. Container field

3. Partner Code field

4. Location field

These fields may or may not be required for your firm. Accordingly you can make necessary changes to these fields.

If you do not require any field in your Base, you can hide it.

Modify Optional Fields

If you want these fields in your table, you can modify the options as per your need as per following steps.

Select Digital Signatures table, navigate to Partner Code and in dropdown, click on Customize field type.

You can change the existing Options and add more options after you click on Customize option.

Similarly, you can change the options for other optional fields.

Hide Optional Fields

If you don't want any of these fields, you can simply hide it by clicking on dropdown field and click on Hide field button.
